Raycol Engineering Pty Ltd (herein referred to as “Raycol”) warrants all products, manufactured by us, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and further warrants any product which fails within the warranty period of twelve (12) months. Modifications to any product voids all warranty expressed or implied.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund.
Products that are returned to Raycol that where supplied as per your order may attract a restocking fee of 10% of the original invoice. The customer is also responsible to bear all freight costs for the return of the goods to our workshop. We urge you to contact us before returning goods.
