About

Raycol is a market leader in the manufacture of after market stainless steel air seeder components.

Raycol Engineering commenced business in Geraldton, Western Australia in 1975 manufacturing trailers for domestic and agricultural applications. In 1979, Raycol re-located to Morawa, about 150km inland from Geraldton and started manufacturing agricultural equipment such as truck bins, augers as well as seed and fertiliser bins.

During this time to meet the needs of a customer’s request, the air seeder attachment, the Super Spout, was created.

After returning to Geraldton in 1984, Raycol has continued to grow since. The business has relocated three separate times, to satisfy the expansion of their product range.

In 2008, Raycol relocated to their current location in Clark Street a purpose built 1000 sqm workshop.

In order increase the turn around time of their customer orders and reduce the dependency on Perth laser cutting, Raycol commissioned their first Techni Waterjet cutting machine in 2016. The machine allows cutting to be performed onsite and allows them to develop new products quicker.

In order to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding business, Raycol purchased the property adjacent in 2019 which almost doubled the workshop floor space.

Increased demand for precision cutting lead to the commissioning of a second Techni Waterjet in 2019.

Raycol Engineering continues to drive the development of new products to satisfy their customers requirements.
